TRANSFORMATION ET RÉNOVATION RUE DE NIDAU 1

Le bâtiment résidentiel et commercial de la rue de Nidau 1 à Bienne, construit vers 1896, a été entièrement rénové conformément à la réglementation sur la protection du patrimoine (objet digne de protection).

FREPA était responsable de tous les travaux de plâtrage, de pose de cloisons sèches et de peinture à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.

Des techniques de peinture spéciales telles que l'AIDO (revêtements muraux et de sol sans joints) ou la dorure distinguent le travail réussi des ouvriers qualifiés du service de peinture. En plus des travaux classiques de cloison sèche/plâtre, les plâtriers de FREPA ont également floculé les murs et les plafonds mansardés ainsi que les zones montantes avec de la cellulose afin d'atteindre les valeurs d'isolation et de bruit requises
